Soraya Alali is the General Manager for Digital & Transformation, Business and Institutional CBA. She is passionate about helping businesses of all sizes to use digital transformation and the digital economy to prosper and thrive.

Soraya brings with her over 22 years of Executive leadership across a range of financial services including Business and Retail Banking, General Insurance and Online Broking and has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Finance) from UTS.

With extensive experience in strategy, delivery, product, P&L, data, process improvement, digital and customer experience, Soraya combines these skill sets to bring together the power of Customer, Commercial insight and Technology to drive transformative change in complex and evolving environments.
